The aim was to bring the cookies to the masses, so their yummy treats are not only now available instore but also online. Naughty and nice!

With our latest packaging project for Spotted Cow Cookies, our brief was to create a 2 flavour pack that was fun, bright and had an old school twist.

We came up with the Naughty & Nice cookie pack that holds triple choc cookies for the naughty people and the choc chunk cookie for all the angels out there.
To match these two classic flavours we went for the classic milk carton shape and created the two new CoCo the cow illustrations, one very devilish and the other angelic!

We've been super busy over the last few months with a couple of great projects! Too busy to blog you say? We'll there's no excuse for not blogging so let me make it up to you with one of our latest projects.

JuJu is an environmentally conscious brand offering Australian women a revolutionary product long awaited in the female sanitary market – a reusable menstrual cup.

With benefits which include helping to reduce landfill and waterway pollution.

The sky's the limit!

How do you confine your target audience into a small small space and get them experience your product all at the same time, without really having to try?

By getting your product on the next Virgin flight, that’s how! Our newly designed packaging for Spotted Cow Cookies now appears on the Virgin Blue in-flight menu. Nothing beats boredom on a plane like a brightly packaged cookie to munch on.

A big congratulations to the cookie extraordinaire herself, Tahnee Walters, on this amazing achievement! Not only does Tahnee supply 200 cafes with her great cookies, but they now also appear on 80 virgin blue planes. Who would have thought the humble cookie could reach so many people?

Have you heard the buzz?

Fresh off the oven and the printers, we have just been delivered a double treat — delicious brownies encased in our latest packaging and branding project!

The Bees Knees Brownie Company’s head brownie maker extraordinaire, Barbara Keenan, approached us to create a corporate brand that was both fun and sophisticated, something that would truly reflect the quality and personality of her amazing brownies. We took their tagline “perfection squared” to be the base of the square logo and had lots of fun perfecting the company’s queen of all bees, Zelda.

Not only did we get our chocolate fix, but our design fix as well while creating the lovely gift box! With a remarkable amount of flavours and an unparalleled love for baking brownies, we can’t recommend them enough — totally worth the buzz www.beeskneesbrowniecompany.com.au.

Oh, how we love Louise.

There are a few design heavyweights out there whose work makes us swoon.

Louise Fili is one of them.

With her sophisticated, 1930’s-inspired typography arrangements, classic illustration techniques, intricate detailing and playful colour palettes, we can’t help but daydream about frolicking around the streets of New York, admiring the array of eateries she’s branded.

Amongst being inducted into the Art Directors Hall of Fame and designing menus for dinners held by President Obama, Fili currently directs Louise Fili Ltd, where they specialise in restaurant branding and food packaging - BUT that’s only a smidge of what she can do. Did we mention she recently designed a menu for the President?

Creative Destruction!

With the design direction of Shikatani Lacroix, Doritios Canada launched their latest campaign “The End” with an incredibly bold, clean and captivating design approach – using only black and white.

Representing two new flavours, each bag is marked with a large ‘A’ or ‘B.’ The idea is to entice consumers to take part in Dortios’ latest competition where consumers are asked to write the final 20 seconds of a commercial wherein one of the two flavours is destroyed!

It’s no laughing matter – the winning ad will be filmed and the destroyed flavour removed from shelves permanently!

We think it’s brilliant. And a great example that sometimes all it takes is the simplest aesthetic to make the largest impact.

New Kid On The Block.

Tomorrow has definitely been enjoying a growth spurt of late.

Our most recent welcome goes to the agency’s latest recruit, Amy Daoud.

Not only is Amy a very talented graphic designer but she is also a brilliant illustrator. She is quickly adding a lovely hand-made, quaint touch to our
brand - and is eager to add one to yours!

Last week marked Tomorrow Design’s very first birthday!

We are thrilled to have made it through our first year with flying colours and would like to thank each and every one of our fantastic clients for trusting us with their brands. We have had the privilege of doing some fantastic work, which we are very proud of and that has made it all worthwhile. From linens to brownies – and everything in between – we have put our design stamp on all kinds of wonderful projects that are or will soon be gracing Australian store shelves.

We have seen tremendous growth thanks to the amazing power of word of mouth recommendations (keep those coming!).

We look forward to growing even further with you over the next 12 months.

Maya is a designer in training with an amazing sense of style - and bias aside - currently holds title for Cutest Baby On The Planet.
